About Green Screen Filming

Green Screen filming is one of those things that is easy in theory and complicated in practice. You need the right lighting and the right camera. While any camera will give you a key, you need a serious HDV 3CCD or Beta style camera to give a quality key. Here at Sydney Green Screen we have spent the last 5 years developing our green screen skills. If you use our studio, lighting, camera and staff we guarantee that the result will key. Our full filming service costs just $185 an hour all up, or $260 an hour with the autocue. 

Should you wish to rent the studio and film using your equipment, please feel free. Please note however that we do not offer advise on how to set the lights or the camera. 

Please also be aware that DSLR cameras do not have the depth of field necessary to pull a good key unless in the hands of a highly skilled operator. 

If you are not sure if you can key your camera then please take advantage of our free testing service. You can have our studio for a free 30 minute session, Simply bring in your camera and a test subject and test out if your shot will work or not. Please call us to discuss this trade-only offer.

Payment terms

Payment in cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos on the day at the conclusion of the filming. A tax invoice will of course be issued.
